Tokenize a machine — fractional ownership

On the GROX plan you can tokenize a machine: split it into shares with a $/share price, and the machine’s earnings auto-split to shareholders pro-rata as dividends paid into their wallets. The cap table shows holders, valuation, and dividends paid; anyone can buy shares to invest. You can go further and publish the cap table on-chain as a real ERC-20 token on Base. (Fractional ownership of an income asset can be a security where you operate — get the legal wrapper before opening it to real investors.)
