Using a skill

Type @ in chat to pick a skill, or reference it by @handle. Its instructions are injected as guidance for that request and never override GROX safety rules. Skills also work when you make a document, sheet, deck, PDF or research report: a skill saved for that kind of file applies to every one you make, and you can name any skill with its @handle in the request.
