Where did the Circuits page go?

Everything it did now happens in the chat. Ask in plain words — "show my circuits", "why did my invoice circuit fail?", "show the last run of my morning brief circuit", "what is waiting for me in my circuits?", "show my @tools", "show my skills" — and the answer comes back as a card with its own buttons (Run, Pause, Test, Fix it, Turn on, Edit on the canvas…).
