- Apps for iPhone and Android. GROX works in a phone's browser and has no app of its own.
- Teams of several agents, and Microsoft Teams and Outlook. GROX is one assistant and does not connect to Teams or Outlook yet.
- Far more people use it, so far more people can help you with it.
