GROX vs Claude
Anthropic's assistant. Claude Duet, a research preview since 21 Oct 2026, works on its own computer: a morning brief, checks your apps through the day and speaks up only when needed. Here is how it compares with GROX — including where Claude is ahead.
Both do
- A morning brief from your mail and calendar, and a brief before each meeting.
- It checks your apps on its own and speaks up only when something needs you.
- Its own computer; it never sees your passwords — you sign in yourself when a site asks.
- It asks before it sends, pays, signs or deletes.
- Topic chats with one shared memory; dashboards, decks and small apps.
Where GROX is different
- Available now to anyone, anywhere — no waitlist. On 24 Oct 2026 Duet was a waitlist for Pro and Max members in the US.
- Building sites and apps, deploying them and sharing them.
- Markets: live prices, trading desks and alerts, with money moving only inside limits you approve.
- Nothing to install or host — it runs in your browser; GROX Desktop adds the folders on your own computer.
- Anything that sends, posts, pays or deletes waits for your approval first, on a card that says exactly what it will do.
- By default it only uses AI providers that agreed in writing not to train on what you send them.
- Bring your own AI keys on any plan, the free one included.
Where Claude is ahead
- Anthropic makes its own AI models; GROX uses other companies' models.
- DocuSign and Gusto, and Microsoft 365 on the way. GROX connects to none of these yet.
- Native apps for iPhone and Android.
